I'm trying to be better at farmers' market cooking. Buying more vegetables, trying new things, putting more effort into side dishes, cooking better meals more often, etc. Since last Saturday the fridge has been bursting at the seams with assorted produce, and tonight made a dent in that with purple cauliflower, romanesco, and zucchini roasted with olive oil, salt, cracked pepper, and parmesan. Romanesco is a funny little vegetable.
